The Conseil des arts de Montréal and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, in collaboration with Culture Montréal, are pleased to present the four projects selected for support in the boroughs and municipalities of the Island of Montréal.

Each recipient will receive $25,000 in financial assistance to create their project. They will also be hosted by and receive the technical support of the Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles and Sud-Ouest boroughs, and the cities of Côte Saint-Luc and Pointe-Claire.

2021–2022 recipients

Collectif Fló
City of Pointe-Claire

Collectif Fló will create an immersive and theatrical circus arts performance inspired by their travels, giving audiences an opportunity to journey around the globe in a single show!

YidLife Crisis Collective
City of Côte Saint-Luc

With A Closer Luc, the YidLife Crisis collective will create a multifaceted video work inspired by the history and roots of Côte Saint-Luc. The collective will invite the community to participate in the creative process and public screening.

L’Idylle – arts vivants
Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles

With WATER.sync, L’Idylle – arts vivants will transport Rivière-des-Prairies and Pointe-aux-Trembles audiences through sensory experiences involving water: a contemporary exhibition, shoreline cleanups, creative workshops and the production of a film uniting shorelines and residents.

Tableau d’Hôte Théâtre
Sud-Ouest

Through the six neighbourhoods of the Sud-Ouest, Théâtre Tableau d’hôte’s interactive multidisciplinary project Voyage will pay tribute to our cultural and industrial heritage, while painting a portrait of a future that only a united community could create.

The project support program for the boroughs and municipalities of the Island of Montréal is offered under the Territorial Partnership Agreement for the Island of Montréal. Its purpose is to support local initiatives that encourage cultural vitality in the targeted boroughs or municipalities, while developing and retaining audiences.
