You can make a donation by contacting our team at 514 280-2564, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (except on statutory holidays and during the holiday season).

Give by mail

You can fill out a form and send a cheque, made out to the Conseil des arts de Montréal, to the following address:

If you would like to donate to a specific project or fund (e.g., Grand Prix Philanthropy Fund), please indicate the program name in the “memo” section at the bottom left of the cheque.

What is a planned gift?

A planned gift is an act of great generosity, a testament to a donor’s trust in an organization and in its commitment to fulfilling its mission. According to Un héritage à partager Québec, a planned gift is the result of financial or estate planning, and

• may be immediate or for the future
• reflects the donor’s philanthropy wishes and goals
• takes into account the donor’s personal, family and tax situation
• is made from the donor’s assets and requires planning

Examples include charitable bequests, gifts of publicly traded securities, gifts of life insurance policies, and gifts of RRSPs or RRIFs.

Société héritage

The Conseil des arts de Montréal created the Société héritage to unite people who have made arrangements to donate to the Conseil through a charitable bequest or a gift of a life insurance policy or publicly traded securities.

This program was created to thank and honour individuals who are committed to helping the Conseil ensure its long-term sustainability.
