The Conseil is committed to offering you quality service.

Fairness, ethics and proximity are an integral part of its values and listening and empathy will always be a priority in its relations with its clients. Since we always seek to improve how we do things, we are now providing you with a feedback form.

Before submitting feedback

We encourage you to discuss your concerns with the person handling your file or application. A simple misunderstanding can easily be resolved. If this is not the case, you may request that the matter that concerns you be treated as a formal complaint by submitting feedback through the various means available to you.

In accordance with its Civility and Anti-Harassment Policy, the Conseil des arts de Montréal will not respond to comments made in an aggressive, vexatious or threatening manner.

This Feedback Form should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices regarding the collection, use, processing, disclosure and retention of personal information of our customers, visitors and users.

For people who are deaf or disabled

To meet the needs of d/Deaf or disabled people, the Conseil may arrange for other forms of communication, such as LSQ or ASL.

For those who wish to remain anonymous

Identifying yourself is not required to provide feedback. The Conseil takes into consideration all feedback received. However, it cannot commit to respond to anonymous feedback, regardless of the medium used.

Feedback process

We treat all feedback received confidentially, diligently and impartially.

1. Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your feedback within five (5) business days of receipt.

2. Response

Subject to item 5, we will respond to your feedback within thirty (30) business days after receipt of your feedback. For more complex situations, additional time may be required. We will inform you, as appropriate.

3. Communication

We will communicate with you using the same language (English or French) and means you used to submit your feedback. To meet the needs of d/Deaf or disabled people, the Conseil may make arrangements to communicate with you through other means, such as LSQ or ASL.

4. Content of the Response

Our response will cover all points raised in your feedback.

5. Impossibility of Response

We may not be able to respond to or follow up on your feedback if:

  • You provided feedback anonymously
  • You did not provide us with coordinates where we can contact you
  • The situation raised in your feedback is the subject of legal action
  • You did not respond within thirty (30) business days to our request for additional information
  • You communicated or behaved in an aggressive, harassing or intimidating manner (see our Civility and Anti-Harassment Policy), or
  • The points raised in your feedback are unfounded or disproportionate

Processing of personal information

The Conseil des arts de Montréal treats all personal information it collects in accordance with the requirements of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and with our Privacy Policy. At all times, your information will only be accessible to those involved in the processing of your feedback.
