Have you noticed anything that the CAM could improve? Are you satisfied or dissatisfied with the services you received? Please let us know.
The Conseil is committed to offering you quality service.
Fairness, ethics and proximity are an integral part of its values and listening and empathy will always be a priority in its relations with its clients. Since we always seek to improve how we do things, we are now providing you with a feedback form.
Before submitting feedback
We encourage you to discuss your concerns with the person handling your file or application. A simple misunderstanding can easily be resolved. If this is not the case, you may request that the matter that concerns you be treated as a formal complaint by submitting feedback through the various means available to you.
For support in preparing a new grant application, please contact the person responsible for the program directly. If in doubt, you can:
- write to firstname.lastname@example.org, or
- call 514-280-2564
