Join us to celebrate the Day of the Dead at the Maison du Conseil on October 30!

The Consulate General of Mexico, the Mexican Cultural Institute in Montréal and the Universidad de Monterrey, in collaboration with the CAM, are presenting an event dedicated to Frida Kahlo, an iconic figure of art and resilience.

The event brings together art installations, music, traditions and special collaborations, along with an exhibition by Marc H. Choko and Gabriel Safdie, in a vibrant celebration of Mexican culture. An illustration workshop for children hosted by Cara Carmina, accompanied by a screening of the animated film Hola Frida, will also take place on November 7.

It’s a unique opportunity to discover the reinvented Casa Azul in the heart of Montréal.

Free general admission. Installations on display until November 11.
