The Healthy Workplaces certification is an evolutionary journey toward healthy organizational performance that celebrates efforts in workplace health and wellness (WHW) and rewards a growing commitment to employee health and well-being. Achieving Level 2 demonstrates a strong and lasting commitment.
This achievement reflects our desire to prevent psychological health issues, support talent development, and foster a respectful and caring work environment where every team member can thrive both professionally and personally—an approach that is fully consistent with our vision of a people-centered organizational culture.
Among our key actions:
- a comprehensive health survey covering four areas of focus (healthy lifestyles, work-life balance, management practices, and work environment);
- training on stress management and its impacts with Dr. Catherine Raymond, Ph.D. in neuroscience;
- workplace first aid training;
- the creation of an occupational health and safety committee.
