What are the program objectives?

The Conseil aims to promote philanthropic development in the cultural sector through a peer-led approach. The objective of this partnership with Conversations philanthropiques en culture (CPC) is to bring cultural workers closer together, share best practices and foster philanthropic growth by creating spaces to foster discussion between cultural philanthropy professionals.

Support

What type of support activities are offered?

Support is offered through three types of activities: spaces for exchange and discussion between cultural philanthropy professionals, knowledge sharing and networking. These three components form the core of Conversations philanthropiques en culture’s professional activities.

Types of activities:

Open discussion forums – Collective reflection

Informal chat between peers to discuss current realities and share concerns and interesting ideas.

Codevelopment group

Small group-learning approach encouraging individual growth through an understanding of current situations and specific work realities.

What is the involvement of the partners?

Les Conversations philanthropiques en culture coordinates the activities in partnership with the Conseil des arts de Montréal, which provides funding to the organization.
