Would you like to present your art in new ways in non-traditional urban spaces? Through the Art Out in the Open program, you could receive a grant of up to $15,000 to exhibit your work in the heart of the communities across the Island of Montréal where people live.

Art Out in the Open is now offered in collaboration with Montréal’s Accès Culture network and the Association des diffuseurs culturelles de l’Île de Montréal (ADICIM), a partnership that facilitates project dissemination and logistics.

Selected projects must be autonomous, self-produced and take place between June 24 and December 31, 2021. They will be matched with up to three non-traditional venues selected by municipal presenters such as a private or public outdoor space or a storefront facing the street.

The aim of this program is to help disseminate artworks in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. As such, presentation conditions of the selected works must comply with the public health guidelines in effect.
