Fiscal Sponsorship

Deadline :

• February 15
• September 15
• December 15

Description

Diversifying your sources of funding pays off! Fiscal sponsorship is part of the Conseil’s General Financial Assistance for Arts Organizations and is intended for institutions that do not have official charity status. For these arts organizations, it is an ideal way to solicit donations from foundations, corporations and individuals.

The Conseil will issue tax receipts to contributors. Given that participating artistic organizations must be eligible for funding from the Conseil, and that selection for Fiscal Sponsorship is based on standards of excellence and good governance, this serves as an incentive and security for donors.

Private fundraising can present a major challenge to artistic organizations. So don’t hesitate to consult our Business-Arts Service.

• not be registered as a charitable institution.
