Launch of Rethinking Cultural Philanthropy in Montréal: Relationships and Community

How to develop a culture of arts philanthropy: new study gives voice to the arts community’s perspective.

The Conseil des arts de Montréal and HEC Montréal cordially invite you to the launch of Rethinking Cultural Philanthropy in Montréal: Relationships and Community.

This major study, the result of two years of research, provides a portrait of the state of philanthropy at Montréal arts organizations.

The study was commissioned by the Conseil des arts de Montréal and conducted by Wendy Reid (HEC Montréal). It addresses the following questions:

How is philanthropy developing within Montréal arts organizations?

What are the obstacles? How can they be overcome?

What approaches can we contemplate for the future and how can the Conseil des arts de Montréal continue to be an ally for the arts community in pursuing them?
