The Pratt & Whitney Canada Prizes
du Conseil des arts de Montréal

Pratt & Whitney Canada is proud to offer two prizes for excellence in visual arts : Nature de l'art and Les Elles de l'art

The new prize Nature de l'art will be awarded to a creator whose visual arts practice integrates, refers to and/or is inspired by themes related to the environment, ecology, recyling materials and transforming the urban landscape.

The prize Les Elles de l'art, who's taking over the Les Femmeuses prize, honours the work of a professional female Montreal artist in the field of contemporary visual arts.

These two prizes are accompanied by a $5,000 bursary each, generously offered by Pratt & Whitney Canada, and will be given each year at the Grand Prix du Conseil des arts de Montréal launcheon.
