Aux Ecuries Theater

From September 6 to September 8, 2012

7285 rue Chabot
Thursday, 6th of September: 8pm
Friday, 7th of September: 8pm
Saturday, 8th of September: 4 pm

Aux Écuries Theater will be presenting an amazing show as the opening event in early September:

Nosferatu

Object theater is showcased in the performance of two actors who take us on their journey and move us as persons. Not only are they talented, Denis Athimon and Julien Mellano also demonstrate that a lot can be achieved through object theater. After seeing the show back in 2004 at Coups de théâtre Festival, I strongly suggest you attend!

It is also the opportunity to present the brand new Aux Écuries Theater. Its particularity is to have an heterogeneous programming with no less than seven artistic directors.

Les Coups de Théâtre

From November 14 to November 25, 2012

Companies, actors and dansers will have a blast in various Montreal showrooms with the Festival International des arts jeune public :

Les Coups de Théâtre

Make no mistake: this biennal, created in 1990, aims to please both young and older audiences. I have attended original creations coming from Quebec as well as the international scene, in dance and theater each time for the thrill of the surprise, and the discovery of the cutting edge of contemporary shows, all categories included.

Beaubien Cinema

2396 rue Beaubien
Festival International du Film pour Enfants de Montréal
In march 2013.

This local cinema, focused on francophone movies (or even quebecer) is a must for various reasons. In addition to being part of the cultural heritage of the neighborhood, its mission is to work toward its economic, cultural and social development.

Rosemont and the Cinema Beaubien will host in this context:

Le Festival International de Films pour Enfants

Presented during spring break, this festival lets children and adults discover an international youth cinema programming in its original version! To make this exotic experience even more exciting, actors are present during the projection, whispering to the viewers a simultaneous translation very well done.

An experience to discover this winter at Cinema Beaubien!
